What brought you to MTR?
We were moving to Maryland from Hawaii and I was seeking a center where I could teach adaptive riding lessons to help ease with the transition to a new home. MTR was professional and welcoming, even though it was over an hour drive for me, it’s worth it!
What do you do at MTR and what do you love most about it?
As the Program Manager, I enjoy assisting the families, participants, and providers to ensure best quality services.
What’s your favorite part of working at MTR?
The community coming together to improve the lives of those we serve. All the learning, hard work, and heart is all for the moments when participants are with their horses.
If you could spend a day doing anything (besides being with the horses) what would it be?
Singing and playing outside with my boys.

I can do a great Mickey Mouse impression.
