Disconnect to Reconnect – Restorative Retreat with Horses

Saturday, June 13, 2025 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Through gentle, guided, ground-based interactions with horses, led by Anne Ateeka Contee, LCPC and Katie Streett, LGPC, participants practice grounding and mindfulness techniques that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and authentic connection for those feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed or disconnected.
